The Science Of Deliberate Creation

The science of deliberate creation is also referred to as the law of attraction although one term seems to imply more conscious awareness than the other. With the science of deliberate creation, we are consciously creating our lives. The law of attraction works regardless of our conscious awareness, and we create whether we are conscious of it or not.

Being deliberate about what you create requires far more awareness than most people have. Thoughts, imagination, words and actions all imply intention, which ultimately creates our individual “universe”. But most people create with at least some unconsciousness, regardless.

Being fully conscious all the time can be pretty exhausting, and perhaps not much fun either! “The unexamined life is not worth living”, is a famous statement which was apparently uttered by Socrates at his trial. Conversely the over analysed life is perhaps not worth living either! Overthinking can be a curse as much as it may be a gift.

But if we are to be in control of where our lives are going, it will pay us dividends to become more conscious of the creation process.

The Science Of Deliberate Creation – Thoughts

Everything starts with thought. Houses were built with the idea first, a blueprint, plans and finally the bricks were put in place, after the foundations of course! But ultimately, there is evidence all around us that thoughts produce things. Imagine a man made structure without thought going into it. It just doesn’t exist.

Most people will think multiple thoughts throughout the day. They aren’t necessarily attached to a plan. In most cases they are simply the tiny micro-trickles of intention. Over a long period of time however, they form ideas and beliefs. These ideas and beliefs form a self image. With self image, we project the idea of ourselves into the world. This can limit us or set us free, depending on how we see ourselves.

Becoming more conscious of the thoughts we give our attention to therefore, is the first stage in becoming a more conscious creator. If we let our thoughts grow wild, the circumstances in our lives will be of a similar nature.

“Man has been so created as to have absolute control over the thoughts which reach his subconscious mind” – Napoleon Hill, Think and Grow Rich (See law of attraction pdf)

Hill goes on to say that most people don’t exercise this control. He likens the subconscious mind to a “fertile garden spot”, in which “weeds will grow in abundance, if thoughts of a more desirable nature are not sewn therein”.

Practical Exercise: Start a meditation habit of 5 minutes a day, simply watching your thoughts without attachment. See law of attraction meditation.

The Science Of Deliberate Creation – Words

Words have power.

“And the word was made flesh, and dwelt among us” (KJV) John 1:14

But most people are offering words in a very unconscious fashion. We complain and blame. Our words betray our dearest wishes and we conflict ourselves with contrary words and intentions. We say we want this or that to occur in our lives, but when things show up to make it happen, we complain and turn away, holding on to our view of the world , comfort zones and blaming others or an unfair situation.

the science of deliberate creation

To become more conscious we must pay attention to our words and what we say about ourselves. The self image has huge control over what we allow in our lives. And this is ‘fed’ by what we think and say about ourselves. See Maxwell Maltz Psycho-Cybernetics.

Practical Exercise: Spend a week listening to others speak. Notice what they say and how they talk about themselves. Don’t judge just observe. See alsolaw of attraction Techniques.

Visualisations – The Science Of Deliberate Creation

A visualisation is a pleasant daydream in which we fantasise about our dearest wishes and events or circumstances which we would like to manifest. But in times of stress and worry, we can also unconsciously create unpleasant circumstances and situations by re-living past traumas and visually creating conflicts, difficulties and bad circumstances through giving our attention to the unpleasant.

Getting clear about what you want and focusing more on this than what you don’t want in your life is key. See the the key to the the law of attraction. Many people try and resist what they don’t want by pushing it away and fighting with it. This creates mental images of arguments and conflicts which of course creates those events. Becoming more conscious means simply not focusing at all on the things you don’t want to actively attract.

Trying to push something away by saying “no” to it is still giving it attention. And what you focus on expands in your own unique “universe”, or your personal “world”.

Practical Exercise: Notice when you’re visualising something. focus only on those things you consciously want. Pay close attention to your daydreams and fantasies which draw things to you by programming the subconscious mind

Goal Setting: Bringing Thought Into Real Life

Until you bring pen to paper, all of your thoughts, words and fantasies are theory. They might stay in the ethereal world too unless you make a plan. Much like a house that remains an idea until a plan or a blueprint is made.

Goal setting or writing out a plan is a must then if you want to create anything in the physical world. This depends on what you want to achieve of course. Things can manifest over a short or longer period of time and require different levels of planning according to their levels of difficulty.

If you have a giant plan for your life, such as meeting your soul mate, finding your dream career and getting a dream house, this will take a long time. If your plan is to meet someone or find a job, this might be a little easier.

the science of deliberate creation

One of the best books I’ve read on goal setting is Stuart Lichtman’s How To Get Lots Of Money For Anything Fast. In it, he explains what he calls the cybernetic transposition technique. Stuart uses his technique to transpose a real life event and use the memories and images to create a ‘meta-story’ which relates to your goal.

This strategy engages all parts of the brain so that they work together in the achievement of your goal. Most goal setting strategies don’t work because there are competing parts of you which want different things. By getting clear and setting a goal which is congruent with all parts of your mind, you can be clearer about what you want. Your meta story successfully conveys the goal to your unconscious mind so your subconscious mind stays focused on it, even when you consciously forget it and go about your daily life.

Mastering The law Of Attraction Book Pdf – Don’t Just Read Them – Study Them

In my 20’s I was a self help book addict! I read a number of self help books and then just got on with life and forgot about them. Being mindful of the law of attraction can help in a number of situations. Unless you keep a vigilant eye on the ball, you can easily forget the powerful teachings in these books.

It’s usually only when things are going wrong in life that people search for books like these. Making a habit out of reading a self growth book daily will pay dividends over the course of your life.

Law Of Attraction PDF – Which One First?

One of my favourite books in this list is Napoleon Hill’s classic Think and Grow Rich. Even years later this book is still cited as the go-to resource for entrepreneurs and business owners, or anyone who wants to improve their life in some way.

One of the most powerful chapters in the book is the one on autosuggestion where Hill discusses the agency of control with which man uses, either consciously or unconsciously, to influence the subconscious mind. This in turn will deliver results into a persons life.

“AUTOSUGGESTION is the agency of control through which an individual may voluntarily feed his subconscious mind on thoughts of a creative nature, or, by neglect, permit thoughts of a destructive nature to find their way into this rich garden of the mind” – Napoleon Hill – Think and Grow Rich

The Law Of Attraction Book PDF – Make Unconscious Behaviour Conscious

Most people don’t realise the power they have to control and influence their lives. They speak about limitations and so therefore create them. They talk of problems and the problems grow. If, instead, we become more conscious about what we give our attention to, we can influence the growth of things we actually want: financial abundance, joyous relationships and good health.

When we moan and compete for how difficult our lives are, sometimes for attention from others, we create more reasons to moan. The cycle continues. This pattern can be easily developed as a child when we crave attention from our parents. Unfortunately, the strategies we learn as children don’t often serve us as adults.

We need new strategies. To develop new strategies for making money, creating better relationships and having more of what we really want, we need to become more conscious of what we give our attention to in our thoughts, words and deeds.

Words Have Power

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us – John 1:14 King James Version (KJV)

One way to become more conscious of our words is to listen to ourselves when we talk. Do you talk yourself up or down? Are you giving attention to the things you want or the things you don’t want? If you’re complaining a lot, and talking about problems, that’s where your attention is going. You’re creating more problems if this is the case.

Stop talking about what is wrong in your life and start focusing on the good stuff. The main problem is that when we talk we seldom listen. Talking becomes habitual and nothing changes. We become addicted to listening to our own voices and complaining about our lives. Then, we are surprised when more bad stuff keeps coming our way!

Listen to your thoughts when you are alone. They are a good indicator as to how you think, feel and react to the various situations which you are drawing into your life – through the nature of your vibration and your thoughts!

Meditation – Notice Your “Chatter”

Meditation is a great strategy to start noticing the incessant chatter of the ego – that part of you which is often confused as actually being “you”, but actually isn’t! When we identify with this inner voice, it’s hard to think from a neutral stand point without constantly defending your position in life all the time.

When we observe instead of engaging with this inner voice, we create space which grows the more we do it. Eventually you can become more conscious of your reactions and actions based on the thinking that this voice is actually “you”.

When you’re constantly engaged with this inner voice, life can be pretty exhausting. Every decision is a major big deal. It’s overwhelming. Meditation gives you the power to disengage from the ego mind which is constantly talking and you can notice how it controls your decisions.
